Azulón Pre-Leasing Center to Open March 1st
Thank you for your continued interest in Azulón at Mesa Verde, a new luxury apartment community in Costa Mesa for residents aged 55+. Our Pre-Leasing Center will open March 1, 2014 in the adjacent Mesa Verde Retail Center, located behind Azulón on the corner of Harbor Boulevard and Adams Avenue. In Mesa Verde Center, the pre-leasing office can be found next to CVS/pharmacy at 2701 Harbor Boulevard, Suite E-5 in Costa Mesa.

Reservations and applications will be accepted for the Phase I release of apartment homes. One-bedrooms rental rates start from $1,550 per month; one-bedroom + den plans from $1,850; and two-bedroom apartment homes from $1,950.*
Phase I move ins are anticipated to begin May 2014.*
