Updates from Azulón at Mesa Verde
Thank you for your continued interest in Azulón at Mesa Verde, a new luxury apartment home community for residents aged 55+, now under construction in Costa Mesa, California. We have some current updates for you.
• Azulón’s Clubhouse, Main Recreation area, and Leasing Center are now slated to open First Quarter 2014. Design enhancements impacted the construction schedule.
• Pre-leasing is anticipated to begin First Quarter 2014.
• Phase I apartment homes are targeted for first move ins Spring 2014.
Please note, construction and delivery schedules are subject to change depending on weather and other factors. We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available.
